Recently a U.K. collector sent us the following email:
"I am excited to have just confirmed and paid for my first order from your site to be put on pay and hold for eventual shipping to where I am in the U.K. (I wish I knew of your site sooner!). I want to ask you something.

I also have film poster items on hold from another U.S.-based auctioneer. Out of curiosity, is there any possibility for me to have these dispatched from the other auction directly to you so that they can be held with my existing pay and hold items and then shipped together once the pay and hold period ends?

I appreciate this may be an unwanted imposition on you in terms of storage and receiving post, but I just wanted to check if it's something that can be done."

HERE IS HOW I REPLIED:
"I am glad you found us, and you will quickly see how very different we are from all other sellers. On your question, this is something we NEVER do. Why "NEVER"? Because if we did it once for one person, then quickly ALL our 70,000 customers would want us to do it as well and we are already stretched to the limit filling our own orders, and the last thing I would do is take time away from filling OUR customers' orders to fill orders from other auctions!

Of course, I can well understand why you would rather have us ship your orders from other auctions, when we only charge you the actual cost, while so many other auctions make shipping a major 'profit center', charging insanely high shipping. PLUS, we pack far better (and more efficiently) than any other auction, and we combine as much as possible! But if you want to get eMoviePoster.com service, you will have to buy from us to get it! I hope you can understand why this has to be this way."

We try to do all we can to make our customers happy, but this is WAY above and beyond what we can do!
