Use this form to provide details we need to accurately process your consignments and pay you properly. Fill out the form, enter the security answer at the bottom, then click "Print Form". It will then open a printable PDF that you should print and include in each of your consignment packages. You may also save the PDF to your computer for your records.

Don't have a printer?

Do two things:

1) This is only necessary if this is your first consignment OR if you wish to update information with us, go ahead and fill out the form and click "Print Form". Once you do that, it will send us a copy as a PDF and we will have your information.

2) In all cases, be sure there is a sheet of paper inside every consignment package you send with your name on it (it can be handwritten). Why? Sometimes the exterior of the package gets damaged and this assures we can quickly identify that the contents of the package are yours!

  *NOTE: Consignor must fill out forms and email them to us, but there is no charge in the US.
• Bidding Credit
• URGENT! As of May 1, 2023 we no longer accept ANY consignments that have a realistic auction value of under $30. All items with a realistic auction value of OVER $30 will be entered as single auction items, and if you send us any consignment items are under a realistic retail value of $30 each (or a realistic auction value of under $50 if they are in less than "good to very good" condition), we can return them to you at your cost, or dispose of them.
