As many of you know, I, Bruce Hershenson, owner of eMoviePoster.com, have collected pressbooks (and related movie paper like studio yearbooks) for over 30 years, and I have the world's foremost collection of such material. I thought I would share one item with you each week, the type of items you almost surely have never seen before, and which might not come up for sale for DECADES!

So below is the pressbook from The Thirteenth Chair, the 1937 George B. Seitz England clairvoyant seance murder mystery crime melodrama ("From the play by Bayard Veiller"; "The screen dares new thrills!"; "The screen mystery that defies solution"; about a phony clairvoyant who holds a seance and one of the people is murdered, and Scotland Yard investigates the case, but the clairvoyant brings the remaining people together for a second seance, trying to scare the guilty party into revealing themselves) starring Dame May Whitty, Madge Evans, Lewis Stone, Elissa Landi, Thomas Beck, Henry Daniell, Janet Beecher, and Ralph Forbes
