I thought I would share one item with you each week, the type of items you almost surely have never seen before, and which might not come up for sale for DECADES! This week, I have the pressbook from Jewel Robbery, the classic 1932 William Dieterle romantic crime comedy ("The movie event of the year!"; "Warner Bros.' racy romance of a man who took what he wanted and a woman who wanted to give!"; "He stole her jewels - but that wasn't all!"; "William Powell together again with Kay Frances in Warner Bros'. racy romance of a man who took what he wanted and a woman who wanted to give!"; this is one of the best pairings of Powell and Francis; he is a jewel thief who robs the jewelry store she is shopping in; among other delights, he gets someone to smoke marijuana to help cover up his crime!) starring William Powell, Kay Francis, Helen Vinson, Hardie Albright, and Alan Mowbray.
