As many of you know, I, Bruce Hershenson, owner of eMoviePoster.com, have collected pressbooks (and related movie paper like studio yearbooks) for over 30 years, and I have the world's foremost collection of such material. I thought I would share one item with you each week, the type of items you almost surely have never seen before, and which might not come up for sale for DECADES!

So below is the pressbook from The County Chairman, the 1935 John G. Blystone Wyoming political campaign crooked local politics melodrama ("The People's Choice"; "by George Ade"; the very old plot of Rogers as the head of a political candidate's election committee, and he discovers negative personal information about his candidate's rival, who is corrupt, and he is torn as to whether to reveal it, or to be noble and risk losing the election if he keeps the gossip secret) starring Will Rogers, Evelyn Venable, Kent Taylor, Louise Dresser, Mickey Rooney, and Stepin Fetchit
