If you have been our customer for ANY length of time, you surely know that what makes us MOST different from EVERY other auction (and just about every other company, period) is that we do just about everything we can to make our customers happy! However, there is ONE thing we can NOT do, EVER, and not for ANYONE!

What is it? It is something we mostly only hear from non-U.S. customers, but every so often from U.S. customers as well. It is this:

"I have items with you on Pay and Hold. I also have purchases from another auctioneer. Out of curiosity, is there any possibility for me to have these dispatched from them to you, to be held with my existing pay and hold items and shipped together once the pay and hold period ends?"

There are two reasons we NEVER do this. The first is that it would massively increase our workload, and we don't have that time to spare, and if we ever said yes to anyone, we would feel compelled to say yes to everyone, since we never "play favorites" (we treat all customers the same, whether you spend $20 or $106,500).

But the second is that those customers KNOW we do a far better job packing and shipping orders, and only charge the actual cost, and they want to get "eMoviePoster.com service" on purchases they made through other auctions, and that just can't happen. IF YOU WANT THE QUALITY OF SERVICE WE OFFER, THEN YOU NEED TO BUY FROM (AND CONSIGN TO) US, THE NUMBER ONE AUCTION IN THE WORLD!
