An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Title Lobby Card (LC TC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More)

Hat Check Girl, the 1932 Sidney Lanfield New York City nightclub romantic comedy ("From the novel by Rian James"; about a beautiful young girl making a living as a hat check girl in a fancy nightclub frequented by criminals and bootleggers, and she meets a drunk millionaire and falls for him) starring Sally Eilers (in the title role), Ben Lyon, Ginger Rogers, Arthur Pierson, and Monroe Owsley. Note that this was one of the many films Ginger Rogers had relatively small roles in at the start of her career. The following year, she would be in both 42nd Street and Gold Diggers of 1933, which would jump start her career!

Condition: good. There was a 3" tear in the left of the bottom border that was repaired with tape from the back. There is a long diagonal crease in the lower right and some pinholes in the corners.
