The Elephant Man, the 1979 - 1981 Jack Hofsiss Broadway stage play production (of Bernard Pomerance's play; "Sometimes I think my head is so big because it is so full of dreams-") starring Philip Anglim (when the show premiered), Ken Ruta, Donal Donnelly, and Penny Fuller. Note that in 1979, Anglim left the show, and a number of other performers played the lead in the early 1980s, including David Bowie, Mark Hamill, and Bruce Davison. Window cards exist with the various leads billed on them.
