Condition: good to very good. This poster is a 1940s re-release, but some less-than-honest person had the restorer paint over the small words "A RE-RELEASE" that were printed under the title in the white background area! I would imagine many people might not realize this and might purchase the poster as an original, but it is not! Otherwise, the poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and creases, and some tiny tears along most foldlines. There were pinholes, creases, and some tears around the edges of the poster. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but of course, it has been altered slightly as described above!
