2 Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Stills (Learn More)

Slattery's Hurricane, the 1949 Andre De Toth Florida romantic Navy Naval military pilot airplane aviation crime action adventure thriller ("From a story by Herman Wouk") starring Richard Widmark (in the title role as Lt. Willard Francis Slattery), Linda Darnell, Veronica Lake, John Russell, Gary Merrill, Walter Kingsford, Raymond Greenleaf, Stanley Waxman, and Joseph De Santis. Note that Veronica Lake had been perhaps the number one star of the early 1940s, but her career fizzled in the mid-1940s, and this movie was an attempted "comeback", but the studio had little faith in her, and she was third billed and barely pictured in the advertising.

Condition: good to very good. There are two 1" tears in the upper right edge of the top still pictured. There are some creases and scuff marks scattered throughout both stills.
