Buck Rogers is a science fiction (sci-fi) character created by Philip Francis Nowlan in 1928 for the pulp magazine Amazing Stories. The character and story were adapted into a syndicated comic strip which debuted in early 1929, and later adaptations included radio, a film serial, a television series, and more. The adventures of Buck Rogers became an important part of American popular culture. Buck Rogers has been credited with bringing into popular media the concept of space exploration, following in the footsteps of literary pioneers such as Jules Verne, H. G. Wells and Edgar Rice Burroughs.

Condition: very good. The rubber band gun was never assembled. It has slight discoloration around the edges but has likely survived in about as good condition as one could possibly hope!
