An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (measures 11" x 14") (Learn More)

Green Light, the 1937 Frank Borzage romantic medical doctor hospital melodrama ("The story that changed the lives of a million lovers!"; based on the novel by Lloyd C. Douglas; about a young doctor who takes the fall for the mistake of an elder doctor) starring Errol Flynn, Anita Louise, Margaret Lindsay, Sir Cedric Hardwicke, Walter Abel, and Henry O'Neill. Note that Warner Bros. was afraid of the subject matter of this movie, and given that Flynn was a great lover, they "sold" the movie with advertising that showed Flynn between pretty Anita Louise and pretty Margaret Lindsay, with the tagline "The story that changed the lives of a million lovers!", trying to make audiences think they were going to see a movie based on a romantic love triangle!

Important Added Info:
NOTE: In this case, the #3 in the title of the sale is not the number of the lobby card. Because we are selling more than one lobby card from this movie this week as separate eBay sales, we needed to differentiate the different sales, and we did so by marking them "#1, #2, #3, etc..".

Condition: very good to fine. There are a few faint water stains in the upper part of the right border (extending into the image background), in the bottom of the right blank border, and extremely faintly in the top right blank corner. The card has darkened somewhat, but less than most Warner Bros. linen cards of this period. Other than the above truly minor defects, the card is in excellent condition!
