An Original Vintage English Trade Ad (measures 11" x 17" [28 x 43 cm]; 6 pages; measures 17" X 30 1/4" when unfolded) (Learn More) Paramount's Great 2nd Quarter, the 1936 English trade ad promoting upcoming releases by Paramount, including: The Toast of New York, Hotel Haywire, Souls at Sea, North of the Rio Grande, This Way Please, and many more! Important Added Info: Note that this is a great trade ad taken out of a To-Day's Cinema English trade magazine (we have a number of them in this set of auctions, and also other English trade ads with various amounts of pages). Studios would run these elaborate ads in issues of this magazine, and they often had images not found on any of the regular movie posters (either English or U.S.). This trade ad was removed from a 1937 issue of this magazine, and it will look incredible displayed on the new owner's wall. Because the back of this trade ad includes a great full-page ad for "The Toast of New York" (showing Frances Farmer), we have pictured the other side (see our images of both sides). Condition: good to very good. The ad was removed from a magazine (see above). It was the centerfold of the magazine so the pages are on a single sheet, and there are staple holes at the spine (see our images). Learn More about condition grades
