An Original Vintage 7 1/4" x 9" [18 x 23 cm] Television Still (Learn More)

The Twilight Zone, the 1959 - 1964 Rod Serling CBS surreal bizarre science fiction (sci-fi) supernatural fantasy thriller television (TV) series narrated by Rod Serling and featuring an ever changing cast (different people in every episode, but a few people played parts in more than one episode) including Jack Klugman, Burgess Meredith, William Shatner, and many, many others. Note that this series got its start when Rod Serling wrote an episode of Westinghouse Desilu Playhouse in 1958 called "The Time Element". It was introduced by Desi Arnaz, who explained the fantasy element of the story and returned at the end to tell you what you had seen! A year later, The Twilight Zone aired for the first time. The show was very controversial, because Rod Serling added a great deal of social commentary to his scripts, but over time, this series has come to be regarded as one of the finest TV series ever, and decades ahead of its time.
Important Added Info: Note that we can't say that this still is from 1960 when the show first aired. It is more likely from when it was in syndication, perhaps in the 1970s. Also note that this TV still measures 7 1/4" x 9" [18 x 23 cm].

Condition: very good. There are two faint diagonal creases in the bottom right.
