Because of how the poster was printed, with the black scuffing and streaking that is part of the image, it is difficult to tell where there are added scuffs and what was part of the printing. But it seems that there are a number of faint black scuffs scattered in areas that are either printing defects or regular defects, and were not intended to be part of the poster.
