An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures approximately 3" x 4") (Learn More)

Air Hostess, the 1932 Al Rogell airplane aviation female stewardess flight attendant romantic love triangle melodrama ("Up into the air for thrills - down to earth for love!"; "She went up in the air for romance - but came down to earth for love!"; "A true story magazine story"; "Story by Grace Perkins") starring Evalyn Knapp, James Murray, Arthur Pierson, Jane Darwell, and Thelma Todd (as a three-time divorcee who tries to steal the hero away from his faithful girlfriend)

Important Added Info: Note that there is a major diagonal crack through the lower part of the image. Glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline).

Condition: good. This glass slide has clear condition problems that causes it to be in less than "very good" condition. We do NOT describe those defects in words (UNLESS the defect is a crack in one or both panes of the slide, in which case we ALWAYS describe it elsewhere within the auction in words), and you can likely see some or all of them in the "large" and "super-sized" images we provide. If you are the sort who can accept a major defect, then you should bid on items in this condition grade, BUT PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THESE ITEMS UNLESS YOU CAN ACCEPT THEIR VERY CLEAR DEFECTS!
