Marin romantic musical comedy starring Allan Jones, Judy Garland, Fanny Brice, Reginald Owen, Billie Burke, Reginald Gardiner, and Lynne Carver. Note that there is an oddity about this movie. On the one-sheets, Judy Garland is billed second, but on the lobby cards, she is billed third! Can anyone explain why this would be? NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that first release movie posters from this very early Judy Garland movie are incredibly rare. We had only previously auctioned a window card and no others posters until we were consigned this kraftbacked three-sheet (which includes an artwork image of Garland at the bottom, together with her co-stars)! Note that this three-sheet was printed in 2 sections designed to overlap. Also note that this poster has been kraftbacked, which means it was backed onto a brown paper soon after it was printed (this process is called "kraft-backing", and posters with it are called "kraft-backed"). Condition: fair. In addition to being kraftbacked, the poster has many other condition issues. Obviously, a talented restorer could remove it from the kraft backing, and properly restore it, but bear in mind its many defects and the cost of restoration before bidding on it.
