Broadway After Dark, the 1924 Monta Bell silent New York City theater stage acting romantic love triangle rich-man/poor-girl comedy ("A Powerful Midnight Melodrama of Light and Shadows along the Playground of the World."; "Featuring the famous Actors Equity Ball with all the Bright Shining Stars of Broadway In Intimate Off-Stage Moments"; "Founded on the play by Owen Davis") starring Adolphe Menjou, Anna Q. Nilsson, Carmel Myers, Norma Shearer, Willard Louis, Edmund Burns "and other stage and screen favorites." Note that this movie has many sequences set in New York City's upper crust, and many of the then-current movie stars and celebrities made cameo appearances as themselves! Also, note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.

Important Added Info: Note that German programs from the early 1920s are INCREDIBLY scarce, especially from major movies. This is almost certainly because of the great paper shortages in Germany during World War II, during which all earlier paper was recycled, which means virtually no pre-World War II German paper survives. Also note that we have pictured the front cover, and two interior 2-page spreads from this program.

Condition: very good to fine. The program is printed on a newsprint like paper and it is fragile around the edges with a few small tears, but otherwise, it is in pretty nice condition!
