An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Belgian Movie Poster (measures 24 1/4" x 32" [62 x 81 cm]) (Learn More)

Apres L'Amour (literally translates to "After Love"), the 1931 Leonce Perret French romantic melodrama starring Gaby Morlay, Victor Francen, Tania Fedor, Nadine Picard, and Jacques Varennes. It appears this movie was never released in the U.S. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Important Added Info: Note that this is an ultra rare "pre-War" Belgian poster that we have never auctioned before! Prior to World War II, Belgian posters were much larger than the ones from after the war, and they are extremely rare (because during WWII, there was a massive paper shortage in Belgium, and they took virtually every poster and map, and printed new posters on the backs of them. Note also that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: fair to good. The poster is in much lesser condition. There are several defects scattered along the edges and foldlines/crossfolds and there are several significant areas of foldline and/or crossfold separation. Many of the defects have been repaired with tape from the back that may bleed through to the front. The poster is in need of restoration. Certainly a top restorer can repair the defects described above, and after, the poster will display really well, but please bear in mind the poster's many defects and the cost of restoration before placing a bid.
