An Original (Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (measures 10 1/2" x 14") (Learn More) Young and Innocent (released in the U.S. in 1938 as "The Girl Was Young"), the 1937 Alfred Hitchcock English crime murder mistaken identity thriller ("Alfred Hitchcock's successor to '39 Steps'"; about a man who discovers a dead body and runs to report it to the police, but people see him running away and think he is the killer, and then he meets a beautiful young woman who believes him and tries to help him prove his innocence) starring Nova Pilbeam, Derrick De Marney, Percy Marmont, Edward Rigby, and Mary Clare NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this lobby card has had part of its bottom blank border trimmed and measures 10 1/2" x 14". Please do not bid on this card thinking it is 11" x 14". Condition: very good. approximately 1/2" has been very neatly trimmed from the bottom blank border (the small writing at bottom was not affected); there is a tiny pinhole in each corner, but otherwise the card is in really wonderful condition! Personally, I don't much mind part of a blank border being neatly trimmed, especially when only blank paper is lost. I personally prefer that to a clear defect in the image area.
