South of the Boudoir, the 1940 Del Lord comedy short ("The most delirious series of escapades he's ever been in!"; "A Columbia short subject presentation"; the title is a parody of the prior year's "South of the Border") starring Charley Chase (primarily remembered as a great silent comedian who appeared in 276 movies, most of them comedy shorts, Chase also directed 140 comedy shorts), Helen Lynd, Ann Doran, Arthur Q. Bryan, and Stanley Brown

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that movie paper from this film is incredibly rare. We have never auctioned even a single movie paper item from this movie until we were consigned this one-sheet!

Condition: fair to good. The vertical foldline of the poster has almost fully separated in several areas and is fragile and several of the tears are repaired with tape from the back. There are some creases and tears around the edges and at center in the image of the woman. It is mostly "all there", though, and after proper restoration the very rare poster could display well, but bear in mind the poster's condition and the cost of restoration before bidding on it.
