Anita Ekberg was a Swedish sex symbol and statuesque blonde actress from the 1950s to the 2000s. She is surely best remembered for her role in Federico Fellini's "La Dolce Vita". Some of her other movies (mostly U.S. and Italian) include: Boccacio 70, Zarak, Valerie, and Screaming Mimi. She passed away in 2015 at the age of 83.
Important Added Info: Note that these are "studio-issued" negatives. What are they? They were produced by the studio but are not the camera originals. They are very high quality and were created in quantity by the studios and sent to media outlets or other places that had need of the very highest quality image for reproduction purposes (in newspapers, magazines, or elsewhere). We have put scans of the negatives that show the "positive image" of each. REMEMBER THAT WHAT YOU RECEIVE WILL BE PHOTOGRAPHIC NEGATIVES, NOT POSITIVE IMAGES LIKE YOU ARE SEEING. However, we will provide the winning bidder of this auction those positive image scans that are both high quality and not watermarked (on request to the winning bidder, and only the winning bidder). Each of the negatives is in a plastic sleeve (but we removed each and scanned them, so that bidders could see just how high quality they are). They will be sent to the winner of the auction in their plastic sleeves.
