Wall Street, the 1929 Roy William Neill (billed as "R. William Neill") romantic financial melodrama ("All talking drama!"; about a former steel worker who becomes a ruthless Wall Street tycoon, and he bankrupts a rival, causing him to commit suicide, and he goes after the rival's widow, who has a small son, and she encourages him to get revenge, but when he is ruined, she realizes she has come to care for him) starring Ralph Ince, Aileen Pringle, Philip Strange, Freddie Burke Frederick, Sam De Grasse, and Louise Beavers. Note that the 1929 stock market crash occurred in late October 1929. This movie was released on December 1, 1929. One would think that it had been in production for over a month, but we don't know, and it would be interesting to know if this movie incorporated the actual stock market crash into its plot. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Important Added Info: Note that first release 1929 movie paper from this movie is incredibly rare. We have only auctioned one window card for the title and NO other movie paper for it whatsoever until we we were consigned these lobby cards!
