Bud Abbott was an actor from the 1940s to the 1950s. Part of the immortal comedy duo alongside Lou Costello, best roles were in Bud Abbott and Lou Costello Meet Frankenstein, Hold That Ghost, and Who Done It. He passed away in 1974 at the age of 78. Click on Lou Costello's name to learn much more about them!

Important Added Info: Note that this is a special framed certificate that was given to Bud Abbott by Motion Picture Herald magazine as one of the ten best stars of 1944. We would assume that Lou Costello also won an award, and we are kind of surprised it was not given to them jointly! If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
