The 18th Annual Academy Awards (also known as the Oscars), the 1946 awards ceremony that was held at Grauman's Chinese Theater on March 7th in Hollywood, and was hosted by James Stewart and Bob Hope. Note that The Lost Weekend won four Oscars, including Best Picture!
NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
Important Added Info: Note that this Oscar ticket belonged to Vincente Minnelli, and he used it when he attended the Academy Awards in 1946. Our consignor purchased it in a large lot of material of his personal effects in one of the Liza Minnelli auctions held at Profiles in History. He has no certificate of authenticity, and we have no proof that it belonged to Minnelli, other than that it was in a lot of his personal effects, so bear that in mind when bidding on this.

Condition: good to very good.
