What IS linenbacking? Learn More

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the bottom two crossfolds and a few tiny tears and tiny bits of paper loss on parts of some foldlines. There was an extra horizontal fold just below the regular middle horizontal fold, with diagonal creases at the right end of that foldline. The top 1" of the poster was folded back at one time and there were pinholes around the edges. There were some smudges and scuffs scattered in the image. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well!
