Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at some crossfolds and some smudges and scuffs along parts of the foldlines, with a few in the white background areas. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but it was roughly handled after it was backed, and someone made a razor cut in the left half of the top blank border, which separated that from the linen, and also caused two small tears near the center of the top border (any restorer could repair this defect without re-backing the poster).
