An Original Vintage Theatrical 7" x 9" [18 x 23 cm] Movie Still (Learn More)

Paul Hartmann was a German actor from the 1910s to the 1960s. He was a popular actor in many films starting in 1915 through 1927, when he took a five year break to act on the stage, and then he returned to making many movies. Hartmann appeared in several Nazi propaganda movies during World War II, which resulted in his being banned from acting for three years after the war, but then he resumed making movies through the late 1950s, and his final role was as a German general in The Longest Day in 1962. He passed away in 1977 at the age of 88.
Important Added Info: Note that this still measures 7" x 9" [18 x 23 cm], but it has not been trimmed. Note that this still is printed on Agfa paper, but we believe it to surely be an original still. Sometimes, studios would run out of stills and have extras printed on Agfa stock.

Condition: fine. The still is in quite nice condition!
