An Original Vintage Folded Stage Play Poster (measures 41" x 81" [104 x 206 cm]) (Learn More)

Jesse James, the circa 1920s cowboy western stage play production ("Swain Bros. present the Western spectacular production") based on the life of the famous Missouri outlaw Jesse James. Note that there was a 1910s stage play production based on the life of Jesse James which was produced by W.I. Swain (and featured the same tagline), and we suspect that he was one of the brothers mentioned on this poster, and that the brothers did this production after the 1910s one, but we can't say for sure. If anyone knows more about this production, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that we have never before auctioned this stage play poster! Note that this stage poster was printed in 2 sections designed to overlap. Also note that the theater that used this poster glued the pieces together before putting them on display (this is typical of many actual theater-used posters in multiple pieces).

Condition: very good. The theater that used this poster glued the pieces together before putting them on display (this is typical of many actual theater-used posters in multiple pieces).
