What IS linenbacking? Learn More

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had darkening down the right 16" of the poster, but it is fairly faint, and it is clearly noticeable, but it is not all that distracting! The poster was backed on to a very thin linen, apparently because someone wanted to remove the foldlines and to be able to easily display the poster. There is no excess linen, and no restoration was performed.
