Yankee Fakir, the 1947 W. Lee Wilder medicine showman murder mystery thriller ("Step right up folks for a grand show!!"; "From a story by Mindret Lord"; a wacky story of a medicine showman who wants to solve a murder, and he has an old timer pose as his rich uncle, and offering a $50,000 reward for "the town's worst person", hoping that will unmask the murderer!) starring Douglas Fowley (in the title role as Yankee Davis), Joan Woodbury, Clem Bevans, Ransom M. Sherman, and Frank Reicher
NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that this poster has been kraftbacked, which means it was backed onto a brown paper soon after it was printed (this process is called "kraft-backing", and posters with it are called "kraft-backed"). One could have it professionally removed from the kraft paper and linenbacked, and it would look great!

Condition: good. After the poster was mounted onto the paper, the borders of the paper were folded over the front of the edges of the poster and glued down. There is a distributor snipe at upper left and a censor stamp at upper right. A restorer can remove the poster from the paper and properly linenback it, after which it will look great!
