Important Added Info: This is a very rare uncut printer's proof poster! Before a poster was printed in large quantities, the printer would first print a limited number of posters as "proof" posters. The printers would look over these proofs and make corrections as to color or cropping issues. They would next print a new proof, and sometimes a series of proofs were needed before a final "approved" version was done. Once the final proof was printed, they would then print a number of "printer's test" posters which would then be distributed to everyone connected to the project, so that they could "sign off on it". After all that, they would then print the full run of "regular" posters. This is one of three extremely rare printer's proof posters for this movie that has corrections marked on it. The first one has "M590201" printed at the bottom center, which was the job number, and we are offering that poster. After the corrections were noted, a second poster with "M590201B" at the bottom was printed, and we are offering that poster in a separate auction. After additional noted corrections, a third poster was printed with full text, and we are offering that poster as well! Note that this one-sheet measures 26" x 36 1/2" [66 x 93 cm], and it is printed on a high quality heavy weight paper stock that has "Imation Matchprint Digital Halftone Super White Base" printed repeatedly lightly on the back.

Condition: very good. There are several areas of writing throughout the front of the poster with proposed revisions and changes. This is in no way a defect, because it is an important part of the history of this poster! There are areas of surface paper loss in the middle of the top edge and at lower left. There is small paper loss in the lower left blank corner of the poster. There are minor creases scattered throughout the poster, but they are overall not very noticeable or distracting and the poster is otherwise in pretty nice condition.
