Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Title Lobby Card (measures 11" x 14") (Learn More) Damon Runyon's It Ain't Hay, the 1943 Erle C. Kenton horse racing sports slapstick comedy (based on the story 'Princess O'Hara' by Damon Runyon) starring Bud Abbott, Lou Costello (Abbott and Costello), Grace McDonald, Cecil Kellaway, Eugene Pallette, Patsy O'Connor, Richard Lane, Leighton Noble and His Orchestra, Shemp Howard, Eddie Quillan (as Harry the Horse!), and Janet Ann Gallow. Note that Shemp was uncredited, but he is pictured prominently on the half-sheet! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this is the original title card for this movie. We are also selling an R49 lobby card elsewhere on eBay this week. Condition: very good to fine. There are minor stains and pinholes in the blank borders. There is light smudging in the image area, but it is only noticeable in the white background areas. There is a pinhole near the center of the card in the first "O" of "COSTELL. Note that this lobby card is one of a collection of 38 excellent Abbott and Costello lobby cards eMoviePoster is selling this week on eBay! This collection was assembled by a collector over many years. It includes original and re-issue cards, but almost every card is in very nice condition, and is one of the better scenes from that movie. The reason there are re-issues included is because the re-issues for Abbott and Costello movies often contain far better shots of them than do the original lobby cards.
