What IS linenbacking? Learn More

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had some tears and tiny areas of paper loss in the bottom quarter of the vertical fold, with some tiny areas of paper loss scattered in the bottom background area. It had some tiny paper loss scattered in parts of the image, but not in Valentino's face, and very tiny bits in his body. It had some tears and tiny paper loss around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was really expertly backed by a top professional, and it displays wonderfully, even from close up, and it will look incredible on the new owner's wall. But please realize that it had the defects described above and bear that in mind before bidding.
