Gosta Berlings Saga (released in the U.S. in 1928 as "The Story of Gosta Berling") , the 1924 Mauritz Stiller Swedish silent religious alcoholism romantic melodrama starring Lars Hanson (in the title role as Gosta Berling), Greta Garbo, Gerda Lundeqvist, Otto Elg-Lundberg, and A.T.H. Bunch. Note that this was Greta Garbo's second real movie role, and the one that made her a major star. In the original advertising for the movie, she is barely noted. Long after she became a major star, the movie was re-released in Sweden with Garbo top billed!

Important Added Info: Note that this is a "country of origin" poster for this Swedish movie! Also note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: fair to good. The poster is fragile. There was a 6" tear in the lower left border that was repaired with tape from the back. There are many tears and creases around the edges of the poster.
