The lodges were called Homesteads, and there was a strong Christian element to the rituals and ceremonies, which also praised the Magna Carta and the English language. After reorganizing itself in 1917, the society reincorporated Yeomen Mutual Life Insurance Company in 1932 and then as American Mutual Life in 1938, making the fraternal society extinct.
