Did you know... that Gmail recently changed the inbox for their users which makes it much harder to find our e-mails to you?Return to Did You Know Archive Added: 08/05/2013 Some customers who use Gmail for their e-mail have recently been reporting they are not receiving our e-mails (this affects VIRTUALLY ALL e-mail from us, including "winning bid notifications"), and we figured out why! Gmail recently added "smart" features that attempt to sort the e-mails you receive into areas labeled "Primary", "Social", and "Promotions" (NOTE: Most of our e-mails get directed to Promotions). Below we'll show in a screenshot image where this "Promotions" area is plus we'll describe in words how to change it back to being a single inbox (for those who liked the "old way" better). But FIRST, we want to present something new: a video that shows you how to change the setting. One of our very talented programmers, Steven, put this together and we think it's a much better way to SHOW you how to make this change.
