Did you know... that we added the ability for U.S. customers to pay with credit cards to our checkout this week?

On Friday, March 9th, we added the ability to make online payments via credit or debit card (in addition to PayPal, which we already had). But please know that since we just added credit cards to our checkout, there may be some "bugs" with the system. If you experience anything that doesn't work as expected, please inform us ASAP and we will fix it immediately.

Here are some answers to questions you may have:

Q: Is my credit card information safe when I pay with a card on your checkout and is it stored on your website?
A: Your information is completely safe. We spent several months developing a system that does not store any of your credit card information on our site because site security and your privacy is paramount.

Q: Why can't non-U.S. customers complete payment with a credit card on the checkout?
A: All non-U.S. orders require the actual cost of shipping to be calculated and quoted (we actually pack up your order and use our postage system to get you the exact cost to ship to you), but since "shipping quotes" are not yet part of this checkout, there is no way we can allow you to complete payment (you CAN request the shipping quote, but once you get the quote, you currently must pay "manually" and we include instructions of how to do that when we send you your shipping quotes via e-mail).

Once we have determined that this latest improvement is bug-free, our next project will be to integrate shipping quotes into our checkout system so that all of our customers can use it.
