Did You Know... that we MUCH prefer to have only one shipping address on file for each person?Return to Did You Know Archive Added: 06/27/2016 Some people ask us as a special request that we ship an order to an "alternate" address, on a one-time basis. Those of you who know us well know that we go out of our way to accommodate EVERY special request, including these, but on THIS type, we have a special request in return, which is that you understand that we will delete that "alternate" address from your account right after the order is sent, so if you later want us to do the same thing, you will need to again provide that "alternate" address. Why? Because while we have gone to great lengths in our system to add multiple address support in our system, we much prefer to only have a single shipping address associated with each account, because while it is rare that we mistakenly use the wrong one, it does happen maybe one in 100 times, and when this happens, it can be very time-consuming and/or expensive to correct the mistake, but if there is no second shipping address saved on your account, it can NEVER happen! So please be understanding that you will always have to provide the "alternate" address, whenever you want us to ship to one. Remember that we juggle a LOT of special requests for lots of our 40,000+ customers, and it is hard to get everything right 100% of the time, and by not saving "alternate" addresses on your account, we won't ever make this mistake.
