Website Down or Unreachable
There is usually no work-around for this. If you are unable
to reach our site for any length of time, please Contact Us.
Be sure to include the following information:
- Web Browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, etc.)
- Browser Version (Firefox 1.0.7, 1.5, Internet Explorer 5, 5.5, 6, etc.)
- Who is your service provider (ISP). (i.e. AOL, Road Runner, SBCYahoo)
- do you have Dial up, High Speed Wireless, or Broadband (Cable or DSL).
- Your City and State
This information is vital to us when trying to determine what the problem was.
Remember, there are usually 12 to 20 different connections between you and our website.
If one service provider is down between you and our server, it will appear that our site is down.
