Our December 2012 Mini/Major Auction has an incredible selection of posters and lobby cards (1800+ items in all!), covering all years, genres, and sizes and is being run in four parts:

  • Part I (Sunday November 25th to December 2nd): 524 James Bond items celebrating the 50th Anniversary of James Bond

  • Part II (Tuesday November 27th to December 4th): linenbacked posters that ship in standard tubes

  • Part III (Thursday November 29th to December 6th): exact contents of this part not yet determined!

  • Part IV (Sunday December 2nd to December 9th): exact contents of this part not yet determined!

What distinguishes OUR Mini/Major Auctions from other major auctions? Only the lack of any reserves or buyers premiums, honest condition grading, and unenhanced super-sized images! You will find an amazing "supermarket" selection of great posters from all years, genres, and countries!

Special bonus offers to the buyers from this special auction
If you are a member of our weekly e-mail club, we will be offering our most generous bonus offers ever to those who purchase just SIX items from any of the parts combined (you need just purchase a total of six items from any of the parts).  We will have multiple great offers for those who purchase as few as six items, and as many as ten or more, and you get these just for being a member of the club (so if you are not already a member, and over 7,700 collectors already are, then why not join today by going to https://www.emovieposter.com/club/settings.php
). It is fine with us if you join the club just to get the bonuses and then "unsubscribe"!

Details About These Sunday Items

IMPORTANT! This set of auctions runs for ONE weeks!
This set of auctions began on November 25th and it will last for ONE week, ending on December 2nd.
For our Sunday auctions, we normally alternate between "miscellaneous" auctions and rolled one-sheet auctions with each running for two weeks (so each kind of auction runs once every month), but in this one set of auctions because it is Part I of our December 2012 Mini/Major Auction, they begin on November 25th and they will run for ONE week, ending on December 2nd (and Part IV of this auction will run from December 2nd to 9th). We will resume our two week schedule with the rolled one-sheets that begin on Sunday, December 9th.

About this special collection of James Bond items
In honor of James Bond's 50th anniversary, we are having this special all James Bond auction (which runs from 11/25 to 12/2). You'll find a total of 524 posters and lobby cards from ALL the movies from Dr. No to Skyfall, covering all sizes from stills to 24-sheets, including 100s more from 15 different countries!
This is a rare opportunity to acquire many of the very best James Bond posters (and lobbies, stills, and more), and it gives you a chance to compare many different posters created for each movie (both different sizes and ones from different countries). The heart of this set of auctions is from an individual collection that was consigned to us (having taken many years to assemble) and then we added other posters to that collection from our 1,100+ consignors!

About the order of the James Bond items
Normally we list items according to what size they are. But since this auction contains items of every possible size, we thought it would be "fun" to list them in the order in which the movies were made (with re-releases being listed together with the original release items, but with double-bills listed in the appropriate year that those double-bills were released)!
Within each set of items for each movie, we GENERALLY listed the U.S. items first (from largest to smallest), and then listed non-U.S. items, but there isn't an exact science to how we did this, so be sure to look over ALL of the items from a specific title to see if we have the ones you are looking for!

About the shipping of the items in this set of auctions
Note that this set of auctions contains items that ship in flat packages, rolled in tubes, and "oversized" packages or tubes, and there are just a few linenbacked posters. This means that some items can be combined and some can not, and we will automatically combine what is safe to do, but know that if you win items that must be shipped separately, we will have to charge you for the two separate packages.

About the condition
Note that we give a detailed overall condition grade to every item we sell ("fine", "very good to fine", "very good", "good to very good", and "good", with only a few graded "fair" or lesser) along with more details about the condition described in words (but pretty much a general description of the defects, and we only describe specific defects if they are the type that CAN'T be seen in our super-sized images, or if the item is especially valuable). We felt this would help bidders identify items they want to bid on more easily. Of course, we still strongly recommend that you look at our super-sized image to see the extent of the defects that we describe and to examine the poster for minor defects that we did NOT describe.

Payment Options

U.S. orders with flat rate shipping can quickly be completed via Credit/Debit Card or PayPal in our Checkout system. For U.S. customers who purchase items that require "actual shipping" (and for ALL Non-U.S. orders) we need to quote you the cost of shipping (a "shipping quote") after you request it, and you will do so (after the auctions end) through our Checkout system.
NEW! We have integrated most shipping quotes into our checkout (except for Pay and Hold orders because they are more complicated, but those are coming too) so you now can complete payment using our checkout (for both U.S. and non-U.S. orders, but for now, only if you pay with credit card or PayPal).
Please note that we are still developing this checkout system, and we will continue to make further improvements to it, and all aspects of our business, and we will alert you whenever we make such improvements. If you run into any sort of problem requesting your quotes or paying for your order after you receive your quotes, please e-mail Phillip right away so we can get it addressed.

If your order requires a shipping quote and you have already received your quote, you may pay in our Checkout (unless your order is "Pay and Hold" which we are working to account for). You should only pay via PayPal manually if you are Pay and Hold (to "mail@emovieposter.com"), but know that PayPal has many glitches, and if you do that, you need to e-mail us separately stating that you completed payment Learn More Here are step-by-step instructions if you need help paying manually with PayPal.

We also accept all major credit cards and PayPal in our Checkout or, if you want to pay another way, you can pay via phone at +1 (417) 256-9616 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM CST to 5 PM CST except from 12 to 1 when we take lunch), via e-mail, or via fax at +1 (417) 257-6948.

You can also send a check or money order (if you do, enclose your address and details about what you purchased) to:
Bruce Hershenson
Attn: Payments
P.O. Box 874
West Plains, MO 65775

If it is your best payment option, you can pay by Western Union, but please don't send cash (as we can't be responsible for lost cash).

U.S. Shipping Details

In this set of auctions, we have many different types of items that ship in a variety of ways, so U.S. buyers will need to enclose the amount of either flat rate shipping stated on each individual auction (we will combine everything possible automatically) OR the actual cost of shipping (for the linenbacked and "really oversized" items which are clearly noted on the individual auctions). In all cases, every package includes full insurance, no matter how many items you purchase from this set of auctions, but note that this special set of auctions (unlike many of our weekly auctions) contains items that BOTH ship in flat packages and rolled in tubes (both regular and "oversized" packages or tubes). This means that some items can be combined and some can not, and we will automatically combine what is safe to do, but know that if you win items that must be shipped separately, we will have to charge you for the two separate packages. See above for more details.
NOTE: Our flat rate shipping amounts are good for two weeks. If you haven't paid within two weeks, you will then be quoted the actual cost of shipping when you request it.

Missouri customers: You must pay an additional 7.162% sales tax on your purchases.  If your order is sent within the state of Missouri, we MUST collect this tax (if it is shipped to another state, we do not collect the tax).

Will your order be shipped to you by UPS?
UPS does NOT automatically require a signature to deliver packages, so if you want the signature to be required, you will need to pay the extra $3.00 UPS charges for "signature required" Delivery Confirmation, and please realize that they will then NOT leave the package, and you may well have to go to the UPS facility yourself to pick it up.  But if you prefer this, that is fine, and if you have any other special requirements, please tell us when you are paying for your order.
IF YOU DO NOT SPECIFY THAT YOU WANT SIGNATURE REQUIRED, THEN YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE SENT WITHOUT SIGNATURE REQUIRED!

You CAN usually combine shipment!

NOTE: These Sunday items need to be sent either rolled in tubes OR in flat packages so...
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT COMBINING: Flat rate shipping is good for 2 weeks worth of purchases. If you win items over a span of more than 14 days, you will then be charged the actual cost of shipping plus $3 for packing materials.

*items marked "rolled" can be combined with these auctions (except for linenbacked and paperbacked posters which must be shipped separate from all non-backed posters):

Tuesday November 6th "rolled" or "backed" items in Part III of our Halloween auction (NOTE: linenbacked items can only be combined with linenbacked items)
Thursday November 8th items in Part I of our Halloween auction
Tuesday November 13th "rolled oversized" items (NOTE: Some can NOT be combined due to the great chance of damage. We will combine what is safe to do)
Thursday November 15th "rolled" items in our all signed auction (NOTE: Some can NOT be combined due to the great chance of damage. We will combine what is safe to do)
Sunday November 18th rolled one-sheets
Monday November 27th rolled non-U.S. posters

*items marked "flat" can be combined with these auctions (except for linenbacked and paperbacked posters which must be shipped separate from all non-backed posters):

Tuesday November 6th "flat" items in Part III of our Halloween auction
Sunday November 11th items in Part II of our Halloween auction
Tuesday November 13th "flat oversized" items (NOTE: Some can NOT be combined due to the great chance of damage. We will combine what is safe to do)
Thursday November 15th "flat" items in our all signed auction
Tuesday November 20th folded one-sheets
Thursday November 22nd single 8" x 10" stills

*they must be sent separately from these auctions for an additional shipping charge:

Sunday November 25th bulk lots (NOTE: There are a small number of lots that could be combined and we will automatically do that if it is possible to do.)

Note that we not only allow you to combine as many items as you want from a single set of Tuesday, Thursday, and/or Sunday auctions, and still pay only a single shipping charge for all of the items, but we also allow you to wait until the next five sets of auctions end (a total of six sets of auctions) so that you can combine your current purchases with those of our following auctions (if possible), and that means there is a chance you could combine items from up to six of our sets of auctions, and still pay only a single shipping charge (assuming those items fit into the same type of package). We KNOW there are other sellers who charge a little less on shipping than we do, but we know that our packaging is the best there is, and our orders virtually never arrive damaged (and on the very rare times that they do, all our U.S. packages are fully insured, and FULL INSURANCE IS INCLUDED IN THE U.S. SHIPPING CHARGE).

DON'T BID ON OUR ITEMS UNLESS YOU WILL PAY THE U.S. SHIPPING NOTED ON THE AUCTIONS (See above for more details about the shipping of this set of auctions)!

Non-U.S. Shipping Details

Non-U.S. buyers must pay the actual cost of shipping their order (you can choose whatever method you prefer, but know that the U.S. Post Office has eliminated Surface Mail, so we can only send via Express or Airmail), plus $3 for the best packaging materials you have ever seen.  All non-U.S. buyers must tell us if they want the package sent insured or uninsured at the time they pay for their order.

Have you heard about our Pay and Hold Program?
This lets non-U.S. buyers pay for their purchases from 4 consecutive weeks (a total of 10 auctions and around 8,000+ items!), and we then send all your purchases at once saving you LOTS of money!  Click HERE to learn more about becoming one of the hundreds of our non-U.S. buyers who are already part of this program.

Learn more about how to save money on shipping by shipping to friends/family in the U.S., insurance, and customs fees.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The vast majority of our customers want a very securely packed tube, and will pay the extra shipping cost involved (and of course, it goes to the Post Office or UPS, and not us!). Please do not ask us to pack less securely, as that would likely result in a damaged order.
Some sellers are sending by Ground UPS to Canada, but that incurs large "brokerage fees", so we do not recommend it.  Note that there are also some sellers sending non-U.S. packages via a "Letter" rate, but of course this is not legal, and we can not do this.  We have outlined the possibilities for sending non-U.S. packages above, so please read that carefully, BEFORE placing a bid!

DON'T BID ON OUR ITEMS UNLESS YOU WILL PAY THE ACTUAL COST OF SHIPPING (the actual cost of shipping plus $3 outside the U.S.)!

You Can Add More to Your Order
In addition to our current auctions, we offer many other non-auction items. Please note that the items in this set of auctions will be sent in flat packages OR rolled in tubes (depending on what you purchase), so you can add any item that can also be sent in flat packages OR rolled in tubes (depending on what you purchase) for little or no additional shipping costs (NOTE: if we can add it to your package without raising the cost of shipping, then we will do so with no added shipping charge, but if it raises the cost then you will need to pay the difference). We have noted below whether the items can be shipped rolled or not.
