Because all of our items we are selling are window cards, which measure 14" x 22", and which need to be sent in "oversized" packages (and require extra-large stronger than usual packaging that costs more than usual to send), we need to charge $12 U.S. shipping (we used to charge $15 U.S. shipping for window cards when we sold on eBay, but we are making this incredible discounted shipping offer to U.S. buyers).  We know that everybody hates to pay ANY shipping, so to offset that we offer five great BONUS items to every buyer!  You get five different samples of the great licensed Universal Masterprints which regularly retail for $14.99 each (we will likely include TWO classic 1930s titles, ONE classic 1950s title, ONE classic 1960s title, and ONE modern title; some buyers will receive the five pictured above, but most buyers will get different ones, AND NO REQUESTS, PLEASE!). These were printed with the best quality of any repros we have seen! 

They are NOT laser copies, but are actual printed posters, authorized by Universal Studios, and they will never be reprinted!  Note that the FIVE sample Masterprints will NOT include the plastic sleeves that sometimes come with the Masterprints when you buy them individually.  We think that once you see how great the printing is, you will think they were an incredible bargain, and we feel that the 5 of these are certainly more than worth the $12 you will pay for shipping your order, if you live in the U.S.. NOTE: WE WILL PUT YOUR PURCHASES BETWEEN HEAVY BOARDS, AND THAT WE WILL TAPE THE MASTERPRINTS TO THE OUTSIDE OF ONE OF THE BOARDS, SO DON'T BE CONFUSED WHEN YOU OPEN YOUR ORDER, BECAUSE YOU NEED TO LOOK FOR YOUR PURCHASE BETWEEN THE BOARDS!

A Special Note About Our Current 500 Items:
     Almost all of the posters we are currently auctioning are "oversized", meaning that they can't be sent in our regular standard-sized flat mailers (and NONE of them can be rolled in a tube). There are a few exceptions (see our shipping section below). This means you mostly will have to pay $3 more U.S. shipping (and possibly a lot more if you live outside the U.S.), but we try to offset that by giving you five cool bonus Universal Masterprints for NO additional charge.

About the Condition
     Note that we give a detailed overall condition grade to every item we sell ("fine", "very good to fine", "very good", "good to very good", "good", and "fair", with only a few graded "poor") along with more details about the condition described in words (but pretty much only if they are defects that CAN'T be seen in our super-sized images, or if the item is especially valuable).  We felt this would help bidders identify items they want to bid on more easily.  Of course, we still strongly recommend that you look at our super-sized image to see the extent of the defects that we describe and to examine the poster for minor defects that we did NOT describe.

Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards, either directly over the phone at 417-256-9616 during our regular business hours which are Monday to Friday, 9 AM CST to 5 PM CST except between 12 and 1 when we take lunch, or you can e-mail us payment details, and there are still a few people who fax us!

If you like to pay via Paypal (our PayPal e-mail is "mail@emovieposter.com"), that is fine, but know that PayPal has many glitches, and you should ABSOLUTELY e-mail us separately when you send us a PayPal payment!

Why $12 shipping this week?
     This week only (because we are selling "oversized" posters which do not fit in our standard mailers, and will need to be sent in large oversized mailers, or between six heavy pieces of large cardboard), all U.S. buyers must pay a total of $12 (twelve) shipping, whether you buy 1 item or 100 (or any number in-between).  Note that we FULLY INSURE EVERY U.S. order we send! We will spend the shipping collected on virtually all orders, and we spend far more on those that involve lots of items and high dollar items.

     Note that a few of the posters we are selling this week are not "oversized", because they were once folded perfectly in half, which means that they CAN fit in our standard mailers (WE HAVE CLEARLY NOTED WHICH ONES THESE ARE IN THE INDIVIDUAL AUCTION DESCRIPTIONS). But there are relatively few of these, and since we only now charge $3 extra for U.S. shipping ($12 versus $9), we will only re-fold those items if the item in question has not lost its crease from being stored flat, because U.S. buyers will only save $3 on these "re-folded" window cards (although non-U.S. buyers will likely save quite a bit more)!  IF WE RE-FOLD YOUR WINDOW CARD (assuming you solely get ones that can be re-folded), WE WILL NOT SEND THE 5 BONUS MASTERPRINTS!

WE ARE NOT TRYING TO MAKE MONEY ON SHIPPING! 
     In fact, when we sold these sizes of posters on eBay in the past, we charged $15 for U.S. shipping, but we are making this special "$12 U.S. shipping" offer this week, as a special discount to our buyers in our auctions on our site, even though this means we will lose money on shipping most U.S. packages!

You CAN usually combine shipment!
(NOTE: This week's Tuesday items must be sent in "oversized" flat packages and they CAN combined with the folded one-sheets we are selling on 11/11 and 11/13, and CAN be combined with the French and Italian one-panels we will be selling from 11/13 to 11/20)
     Note that we not only allow you to combine as many items as you want from a single week, and still pay only a single shipping charge for all of the items, but we also allow you to wait until next week's auctions end so that you can combine your current purchases with those of our following auctions (if possible), and since we do two sets of auctions every week, that means there is a chance you could combine items from up to four of our sets of auctions, and still pay only a single shipping charge (assuming those items fit into the same type of package). We KNOW there are other sellers who charge a little less on shipping than we do, but we know that our packaging is the best there is, and our orders virtually never arrive damaged (and on the very rare times that they do, all our U.S. packages are fully insured, and FULL INSURANCE IS INCLUDED IN THE $12 U.S. SHIPPING CHARGE).

DON'T BID ON OUR ITEMS UNLESS YOU WILL PAY THE $12 U.S. SHIPPING!

Non-U.S. buyers must pay the actual cost of shipping their order (you can choose whatever method you prefer, but know that the U.S. Post Office has eliminated Surface Mail, so we can only send via Express or Airmail), plus $2 for the best packaging materials you have ever seen.  All non-U.S. buyers must tell us if they want the package sent insured or uninsured at the time they pay for their order.

Do you have a friend or relative who lives in the United States? Some of our customers either visit the U.S. regularly, or have friends or relatives within the U.S., and often those customers have us send their orders to a U.S. address, and then they transport the posters from there. THIS CAN SAVE YOU A GREAT DEAL ON SHIPPING! This is fine with us, but realize that you still need to let us know within one week of receipt if you want to return anything, so don't use this method unless you are certain you will want to keep your purchases.

DON'T BID ON OUR ITEMS UNLESS YOU WILL PAY THE ACTUAL COST OF SHIPPING (the actual cost of shipping plus $2 outside the U.S.)!

IMPORTANT! WE ARE GIVING 5 UNIVERSAL MASTERPRINTS TO ALL BUYERS OF OUR AUCTIONS ENDING TUESDAY 11/18, as both a way to encourage bidders to participate in our auctions and a way to offset the higher cost of shipping these "oversized" items (we believe the five bonus items are worth the cost of shipping)! However please note that for non-U.S. buyers, we will include the five bonus Masterprints, but there is a slight chance that they will up the shipping weight to the next level, and cause added shipping, so if you are from outside the U.S. and DON'T want the Masterprints, let us know and we WON'T include them. We won't be making a single cent on shipping (unlike many major auction houses which charge OUTRAGEOUS inflated shipping charges). We just want to get back our actual cost of shipping and packaging materials.
