Beverly Garland (born Beverly Lucy Fessenden) was an actress from the 1950s to the 2000s. She had married actor Richard Garland in 1951, and she took his name, and they divorced soon after, but she continued to use his last name for the rest of her life. Some of her movies include: D.O.A., Airport 1975, The Desperate Hours, Pretty Poison, and The Alligator People. From 1969 to 1972, she joined the cast of "My Three Sons", marrying widower Steve Douglas, played by Fred MacMurray. When she retired, she purchased a Holiday Inn in Burbank, and many movie collectibles shows were held there! Garland passed away in 2008 at the age of 82.
