CHRISTOPHER REEVE

Christopher Reeve was an actor from the 1970s to the 2000s. He will forever be best remembered for playing Superman in the series of 4 movies that began in 1978. Some of his other movies include: Somewhere in Time, Village of the Damned, Deathtrap, and Noises Off. Tragically, in 1995, he had an accident while riding a horse, and he became paralyzed from the neck down. He continued acting, but passed away in 2004 at the age of 52. In a tragic twist of fate, his wife Dana passed away in 2006 at the age of 44, after getting diagnosed with lung cancer, even though she never smoked!
