DONNA SUMMER

Donna Summer (born LaDonna Adrian Gaines) was a black African American singer, songwriter, painter and actress from 1968 to 2012. Some of her albums include: Lady of the Night, Band Girls, and Crayons. She passed away in 2012 at the age of 63 from lung cancer (she did smoke in her younger years, but theorized her cancer came from inhaling toxic fumes when she was in New York on 9/11).
