Lash La Rue (born Alfred Wilson LaRue) was a star of 1940s and 1950s cowboy western movies who always carried his trademark whip, which gave him his nickname. He mostly appeared in B-westerns, but he had a few roles in A-movies including: Lady on a Train, Song of Old Wyoming, and The Master Key. He passed away in 1996 at the age of 78.
