RAYMOND POINCARE

Raymond Poincare was a French statesman from the 1890s to 1920s. He served three times as 58th Prime Minister of France, and as President of France from 1913 to 1920. He was known for his conservative views, as well as his favoring of anti-German policies. Poincare passed away in 1934 at the age of 74.
