ADRIANNE ALLEN

Adrianne Allen was an English actress from the 1930s to the 1950s. Some of her movies include: The Woman Between, The Stronger Sex, Merrily We Go to Hell, and Meet Mr. Malcolm. Allen was previously married to actor Raymond Massey; she divorced him, marrying her divorce lawyer (whose ex-wife married Massey, which inspired the script for Adam's Rib!). She passed away in 1993 at the age of 86.
