Frankie Lymon was a black African American rock 'n' roll (rock and roll) singer from the 1950s to the 1960s. He was the lead singer of The Teenagers until 1957, when he went solo. Some of his hits include: Why Do Fools Fall in Love, Melinda, and I'm Sorry. He passed away in 1968 at the age of 25 from a heroin overdose.
