MELISSA MANCHESTER

Melissa Manchester is a singer who appeared in three movies from the 1970s to the present: The Great Mouse Detective (as the voice of Miss Kitty Mouse), For the Boys, and Dirty Girl. Some of her hit songs include: Don't Cry Out Loud, Midnight Blue, and If This Is Love. She co-wrote "Whenever I Call You Friend" with Kenny Loggins, but she recorded a duet of it with Arnold McCuller, and it was Loggins' version with Stevie Nicks that became the giant hit.
